Prices

All prices are in Euros and must be considered including taxes.

How to order

Orders can be made through the virtual shop, after free registration.
When you see the product you want, select “Buy”. The product will be added to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart you can see the items to buy, with all the info on the total price and delivery costs. At any time you have the option of removing the products put in the cart before confirming the purchase. By following these simple steps you can carry out the purchase.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order (with a list of the goods).

Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to info@redcountess.it, where you must clearly indicate the name and code of the item, then the price, amount and indication, where necessary, of the size, color, and any other qualities that characterize the product.

In both cases, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the price, shipping costs, delivery times and instructions about payment.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 36 hours of ordering, contact us at info@redcountess.it, specifying your name, the goods ordered and the date of the order.

Shipment and delivery times

All deliveries in Italy are made by the courier Bartolini. For each shipment, the data necessary to monitoring its status will be sent to your e-mail address. These data should be included in the "Track shipment" section of the website of the courier Bartolini.
Delivery times are calculated from the moment when Red Countess receives the payment order (unless communicated otherwise).
Delivery times vary depending on the type of item:
For items in stock, times vary from 24 to 48 hours.
For items not available, times vary from 7 to 10 business days.
Some items may take more time (to be specified via e-mail to the customer).
In any case, you will receive a notice about the delivery times via e-mail or SMS, along with the order confirmation.

Payment methods

Payment can be made in different ways, depending on your preferences:

Payment on delivery (only for Italy)

Payment on delivery is the ability to pay for the goods at the time of delivery, directly to the courier. When this method is chosen, the price will be increased by 6 Euros (to pay the service). It can be used for orders not above the total value of 300 Euros.
The total amount will be paid in cash only.

Payment by bank transfer

When this payment option is chosen, you'll receive via e-mail the bank data required for the transfer (BIC/IBAN codes, name of the branch, payment recipient).

Payment through Postepay

It is a payment method very easy to use. You can go at any Italian post office and reload your Postepay card, whose number you will receive via e-mail, by an amount equal to that of the order. If you own a Postepay card, payment can also be made online through the website "PosteItaliane”. If the name of the buyer and that of the holder of the card with which you will make the payment, or the name of the person making the payment at the counter did not match, please give us notice via e-mail or phone as soon as possible.

Payment via PayPal

As of today, it is the most secure method of payment for purchases on the Internet. You can create your own PayPal account easily and without charges, and link your credit or debit card to it. That way, you will not provide the number of your cards for payment. Besides being safe, it is a very fast method.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on weight, but for orders above 300 Euros, (shipping costs excluded), shipment is free.

Delivery is made via courier (Bartolini S.p.A.)

Right of withdrawal

Being Red Countess a virtual store, the customer has the right of withdrawal as set by the Legislative Decree No. 185 of 05/22/1999, governing the matter of distance contracts.
Withdrawal means the ability to return the goods purchased and receive reimbursement of expenses incurred within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, without penalty and without the need to specify the reason. The right of withdrawal is proper to all individuals while therefore excluding legal persons and entities acting for purposes related to their business.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in cases where the products have been tailored or clearly personalized, or are particularly expensive.

This right lapses also in cases where the product returned:
- is not intact
- is missing the original packaging
- is missing some parts (labels, instruction manuals, etc.).
- is damaged for reasons other than transport

We invite our customers to pay particular attention when trying articles in general (the label must not be removed before finally accepting the goods, which must be treated with care) and especially for more valuable items such as corsets, which must be tried on a shirt, tied but not tightened (so as to avoid any deformation).

The only costs to be paid are those of returning of the goods.

Once you receive the item, we will refund the full cost (shipping costs included) or, upon customer request, we will send the correct item (in case of wrong size, etc..) or another one after agreement with the customer.

In case of receiving an item other than ordered

If you receive material other than ordered, please notify us via e-mail or phone by describing the item ordered and that received.
We will withdraw the wrong item and deliver you the one you want in the shortest time possible (Legislative Decree No. 24 of 02/02/2002).

Use of the community

The images and messages entered in the community will be checked and approved within 24 hours after insertion.
Offensive or vulgar language will not be allowed under any circumstances.
Despite the material entered is regularly checked, Red Countess is not responsible for the content of it, for it is impossible to control, for example, the copyright of an image.
